Started in 1983, The Trudel Group began as a small construction company dealing exclusively in new home construction. Over the years the small construction company grew from building single houses to subdividing large parcels of land, building new roads and constructing multi-lot subdivisions. Commercial property also became a factor with the company owning several hundred unit apartment buildings, managing shopping plazas and constructing new commercial buildings.

Over the years The Trudel Group also began servicing individual homeowner needs. Instead of solely constructing new homes, additions and other homeowner projects became a major portion of the business. Decks, remodels, kitchens, in-laws, game rooms, garages, sheds, finished basements and even dog kennels are planned and built by The Trudel Group everyday.

In 2002 the company expanded yet again to include real estate brokerage to its list of customer services. Having agents licensed in both NH and MA, The Trudel Group is able to act as a buyer or seller’s agent across a wide geographical area. Having the extensive knowledge of the construction and development fields provides clients with an added bonus when listing their property or buying new property.
